    Permit for Academy can be found in Specials Section of Designer Depot after completing a series of tasks.

    Here you can train Specialists

    Train new Specialists using Education Points [​IMG] and Vitamin-X [​IMG]
    - Purchase Skill Points and spend them for better Skills.
    - Instant finish training with Metro Money [​IMG]​
