Community Manager's Letter

""Dear Mayors,

First and foremost, we'd like to formally apologize for the long wait. We appreciate you sticking around so long and enduring all the very serious bugs in the game. We want to be open with you: A couple of changes were made to the team's structure and we had to take on some very technical challenges, which we were thankfully able to fix to a great extent.

Every so often there are still a few glitches and bugs, but we're giving our all to get rid of them.We can completely understand that this may make you angry, but sometimes an undertaking such as this just can't be fixed like that or things don't move as fast as we'd all like them to.

Our next steps will be to fix the bugs in the game in order to ensure hassle-free play. After that, further changes and updates will be added to the game. This too could also take a bit more time to complete too. We'd like to apologize once again for any inconveniences or delays that may occur.

At this point, we'd like to give a huge compliment and big thanks to all our mods who surely do not always have it easy, but who always do a fantastic job. Please be fair to them. After all, they only pass on the information you give to them.

As soon as we've got any news for you, we'll make sure to inform you immediately. I hope you continue having fun playing the game. Should there be anything that you are not sure of or should you need help, we'll be glad to help.Thanks for your patience and understanding.Cheers, ☺
