    This new feature is available to all players starting from level 10 after finishing a series of tasks. This feature brings more action to your city only when you are connected to the game.

    What happens after I build the Fire House?

    Emergencies​


    Can appear on any building indicated by this bell [​IMG]

    Responding to an emergency will open the emergency windows.
    First you can see the Safety Grade required and available. This will influence your chances of a successful intervention

    Next you will have to choose the type Specialist to be sent in the intervention (in this case rookie)

    Next you will choose one of the available Specialists

    [​IMG]

    After selecting the fire fighter you can START the intervention.

    Intervention Outcome

    When your Specialists are in route to an emergency a siren is shown above the building [​IMG]

    Successful intervention earns you a medal [​IMG]


    Failed intervention will damage the building which will need small repairs. [​IMG]


    You will get this message if your Specialist did not reach the emergency in time.

    Repairing a building is free but you still need to click the house to start rent timer.

    Coverage


    Coverage area is needed to have any chance of a successful emergency intervention. It is shown on the map by clicking the coverage option on the lower menu

    Each type of emergency has its own coverage: Fire, Police, Health

    Having more Specialists with high alertness skill can boost the coverage of the main building as shown below:

    Specialist Education Levels​



    Each specialist can earn extra skills after participating in emergency missions.


    Q: How many levels are there for each specialist?
    A:
    There are 10 levels of Education

    Q: How many points are needed for each level?
    Level 1->2 10 xp
    Level 2->3 15 xp
    Level 3->4 25 xp
    Level 4->5 50 xp
    Level 5->6 150 xp
    Level 6->7 250 xp
    Level 7->8 500 xp
    Level 8->9 1500 xp
    Level 9>10 2500 xp


    Q: How do I earn experience points?
    A:
    For every successful emergency, each specialist gains 8 experience points and for each unsuccessful emergency, gains 4 experience points.

    Q: When do i know a specialist has gained a new level?
    A:
    A small icon will appear above the building which has specialist ready to level up.
