    To build anything you will need permits.

    Each new item has a set number of permits. To tell if you have permits you will need to click on the thing that you would like to buy and look for this.

    As long as there is a number greater than 0 in there you can buy this item. If the permit has a 0 in it you will not be able to put any more of that item up.

    On some houses you are able to buy extra permits you can tell this by this icon when you click on the house

    By clicking on this icon you will be able to buy extra houses with metro money. The amount of permits and metro money varies.

    The amount of permits varies between each item not every item has the same amount of permits.
