This is where you should ask if you have a technical question. You may have a problem logging-on, or a cache issue. Those questions belong here.

When posting your problems we require some information so that each problem can be resolved quicker.

• Before posting search the forum section to see if a solution has already been offered; if not, open a new thread

• First step in solving issues is always clearing browser and flash cache, so do these first before posting a problem. Include this information when posting.

• Always post your user ID, this can be found next to your log in name when game is not in full screen mode.Also always start a new thread, do not hijack someone elses.

• Try to explain your problem in detail, how and when it occurred so that we can reproduce and fix. Since time is not universal please also include your timezone.

• For issues related to Cineplex please read the sticky thread in this section, if this has not helped please understand that there isn't anything more we can do to help.

• For issues related to Payment please open a support ticket directly from your game, these are not handled on the forum.
