They can affect your: Experience, Rent, Rent Timer, Needs Revenue, Mood Loss, Energy Cost


6 Improvement Packs

They can be acquired using CC or MM, the more expensive they are, the more and better improvements you get.


4 Quality Levels

Each higher quality will improve benefits while reducing some of the costs on the same improvement.

Architect's Book has been refurbished into Designer Depot to include Residential Improvements and Booster Pack Shop:

Designer Depot - all building permits can be found
Improvements Shop - improvements packs can be bought
Booster Pack Shop - medals can be exchange for booster packs

All Residential buildings have acquired a new improvements view besides the default one. Click on a house and then on improvements tab to get started.

Acquiring Improvements
​

First we need to get some improvements. There are 2 ways of getting them
1. clicking Get More button in the buildings window will send you to improvements shop (shown in the image above

2. opening Designer Depot and checking improvements shop tab.

C) Buy now button

Here you can find all the improvement pack offers:

(1) = 2000 CC - 3 improvements ( all random)
(2) = 29 MM - 3 improvements ( 2 random + 1 fancy or better)
(3) = 7500 CC - 6 improvements ( 5 random + 1 fancy or better)
(4) = 99 MM - 6 improvements ( 3 random + 3 fancy or better)
(5) = 349 MM - 12 improvements ( 6 random + 6 fancy or better, 1 is luxury or better)
(6) = 1199 MM - 36 improvements ( 18 random + 12 fancy or better + 6 luxury or better)

* No confirmation is needed to buy packs, so 1 click is all it takes

Using improvements can also be done via 2 methods

1. Open a building window and check out improvements tab. Here you can drag any improvement to any of the 3 slots.

A) Get More improvements
B) Each house level unlocks 1 improvement slot
C) You can check out all improvements or sort them by category

A) Confirm improvement installation
B) Timer left until improvement expires

2. Using improvement tool in the lower menu TOOLS button.

​

All improvements are listed above and you can drag any of them to any of your houses.

​

Once an improvement has been installed, slot will show as used in the house tooltip

​

There are a maximum of 3 slots for each building, and each can hold any type of improvement.

Classic - lasts for 72 hours

Fancy - lasts for 240 hours

Luxury - lasts for 720 hours


Epic - unlimited

Renewing or replacing an improvement​

(A) If you wish to renew an improvement that has expired, simply click on it from your improvement tab and a popup window will appear with renew costs:

Classic renew - 10 MM
Fancy renew - 20 MM
Luxury renew - 50 MM
Epic renew - N/A

(B) If you wish to replace an improvement because it has run out or simply because you have a better one, open up your building window at improvements tab, and drag and drop the new improvement on top of the old one.

When replacing improvements the old one is lost.
Note that improvements can be replaced or removed, but never returned to warehouse.

Now there is an improvements tab where you can see what improvements you already have.
