Support Support requests could not be delivered on Jan. 13 (CET 08:51-11:35)

    Hello,

    Due to a technical issue from one of our service providers our support tool was not able to receive any support requests yesterday on January 13th 2016 from 08:51-11:35 (CET).

    This means that if you submitted a support request in this period and you did not receive an email confirmation your request did not pass through to us.

    We kindly ask that if you made a request in that period and you did not receive a confirmation of receipt that you re-send your request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
