Why i can't build surfer van?

    You do not have enough metro money to by it !
    It costs 109 and you only have 25...

    Skillet3 - To build a Surfer Van you need to go to the Designer Depot and but the building permit. The Surfer Van is a premium building permit which can only be bought with Metro Money. Save up your Metro Money and buy the permit and build your Surfer Van.
