Website problems

I started playing this game on another site but I have so many problems with it. About every two weeks I'm unable to log on and have to complain. Can I move my game to this site? I've tried to use my login for the game on this site but it isn't accepted. I've started a new game here but I don't want to abandon my big city. I'm at level 34. My folks are in an excellent mood, they love their beach and a few have moved to the mountains. I'm attached. If I can move it to this site, which I never have a problem with, how do I do it?

if you log into this game from our portal click the link forgotten password and from re setting your password you should be able to access the game from this portal

Hello Cecilia. Just to support Tassie this does work. I started playing the game on another web portal and then the game was dropped by that website's portal and had to switch to the Big Point/Rising Cities portal. I have never been happier. So do go through with the pain of resetting your password.

 

I've tried resetting for a couple of days now. It sends me to my email but nothing comes through. I had no problem resetting my password for the new game but not the old one.

 

Have you checked your junk mail folder ?

 

I finally got the email and made the change but now when I try to log on I get "no account with this combination of user name and pass word was found." I can get on the Bigpoint page but it's frozen. Billyjim said he changed when his earlier sight stopped carrying the game. My site hasn't. Do you think that might make the difference?

Update: I just got Rising Cities on the Bigpoint site, logged on and got another new game. I guess it's not meant to be.

Hi Cece I have no idea on this it should not matter if the other site still carries the game or not. I will endeavour to find out though.
one thought crossed my mind, that is that the link you received in your email has timed out, possibly you could try that option again
in the meantime
