can you change the specialty of a specialist?

    Can you change the specialty of a specialist once they have been hired?
    How do you know what a new trained specialist will be before hiring them?

    Unfortunately, no, you cannot change a specialist from one thing to another. Also, there is no way to know what specialty they will get when you start one out. The assignment of specialties is random.
