Hi I have completed this task of upgrading the the city hall to level 4 and have the 450 people and it is not giving me the rewards.
Also when I sell items in the market place, I cannot use the 4th slot. If I do it comes up with a message 'the highest price has changed, please check your offer again" even though it is hasn't. Thanks Mrs Hairylegs ID 7717922

Can you tell me the exact name of the quets giving you the issue,

I checked your list and you do not have one call upgrade but you do have one called transform your city.

We have many thousands of quests so you need to be exact when you say one is not working other wise I may corrupt your account.
