Game Will Not Load

    [​IMG] (ID# 8943380) I have not played Rising Cities in probably over a year. I couldn't remember why I stopped playing until today. The game gets stuck on the blue load screen! I've tried different computers, different wifi networks and nothing seems to change. I really do miss playing. I am attaching a screenshot of the screen it gets stuck on. It keeps tracing the outline of the buildings as if it is going to load, but after hours, never does.

    BrianaMyá This could be related to the recent change from HTTP to HTTPS servers. The best thing would be for you to send in a support ticket and let the powers that know get involved. Also we need your Id number to make certain that we are looking in the correct account.

    also how do I send a support ticket? May I have a link please?

    Sorry BrianaMyá, I missed your ID #. I was able to log into your account. Could you confirm that you are still unable to access your account. Have you done any or all of the following: Cleared your browser cache; Cleared your adobe cache; Closed your browser and reboot browser; Open the game in a different browser; Shut down and restart your computer.

    You do not need to put in a support ticket at this time. I will send in a message to the "Powers that be" for you.

    You can access the support ticket by clicking on the word support at the bottom of the Rising Cities window. If you are in the full screen mode then clicking on the question mark at the top right corner of the screen.

    gecco I took care of deleting the posting for you. You can delete your own postings at any time by simply going to the posting and clicking on delete.

    thank you for letting the "powers that be" know. when i opened the support button it just prompted me to send a support ticket. I was not able to view one. Also, yes I have tried all of those things but I still am without access to my account because it will not load.

    BrianaMya, you need to send a support ticket. The process is that they will send you an automated email back to gather additional information. Since email is a more secure means of communication and you will also have to give some sensitive information. So if you can not access the game still please send in the support ticket.
