    Hi: i am unable to upgrade one of my suburban homes, the upgrade comes up but when i click on the "yes" button it does nothing! i just brought this home down from storage earlier, i have logged off and back on again but it still won't all ow me to upgrade, can you help, cheers, colette #5768033
