Me too. Seems there is an issue on their end. I saw a post somewhere about it, but it is not in a common place (reply on the ticket issue from 13-01 or something).
Oddly enough, I could log on this morning, but not this afternoon.

Too bad you guys don't have a working version of this game. I'm sick of it and won't play any more until it gets fixed. Sim City is an old game and why does the whole thing have to be downloaded every freaking time??? What a waste of internet resources! Your work around solutions are temporary at best.

This game is a big waste of time when it is working. It's a total waste of time when it's not!

While I sympathize with your frustrations (even I can't login now, and I almost never have this problem, so it's almost certainly on their end this time), what does SimCity have to do with RC, aside from basic theme and mechanics? RC has to be downloaded (parts of it, at least) every time because it's a Flash game. On the internet. As a dynamic online game, you can't cache it on your hard drive. This is how the internet functions. You download everything you see; if only temporarily, it is stored on your computer. Flash is a generally waste of internet resources; it's not specific to RC.

Estrid | ID 1105775 I could log on as late as this afternoon, but then the "blue screen of death showed up" ....typical for it to happen in time for the weekend.... :'(

 

The game won't finish loading. It gets most of the way through the start screen then just sits there.

Tried reloading. Reset. Still stuck
