    This pack could purchase in the City Treasury and includes the following items:
    1. Exclusive Residential “Students Housing” + Construction Material = 50 Lumber + 75 Trusses
    2. 2x Exclusive Decoration “Academia Moderna”
    3. 500 Vitamin-X
    4. 30 Masterkeys
    5. 5000 EP
    6. 5000 CC

    Please notice that the 5000 Education Points will appear first, when the User reach Level 10. But you can buy this package with lower Level of course.
