Really annoying Cinema

I realize Bigpoint disavows any responsibility for the Cinema, but:

For over a week now the only movie available was an add for Chrome and Lego about their Build online application. The problem is that the darn thing doesn't work ... at all. It pops up an iframe that is supposed to load the buzzplayer from ebuzzing.com. The player never loads, doesn't throw an error, and never enables any buttons on the frame.

So, it just sits there on the screen playing a background image forever and never allows the player to click on something that actually does anything.

Totally annoying and a constant reminder that I was really stupid to try it again, and again. Actually three times a day for over a week now.

Yes, I cleared my caches, tried two other browsers, tried hacking the source with the Chrome and Firefox debuggers, cursed fluently, but none of those attempts worked.

Wizz (or other moderator that happens along) tell them to get rid of the ad and wait for something to come along that is at least different.

Like we keep saying this is an external feature not part of what we do.

All you have to do is delete the cinama to avoid and further frustration.

We cannot help here.
