Tenement not acknowledging diner

    I upgraded one of the Hollywood Diners so that the tenement would be in it's range. Now that it is in range, the tenement still shows that the fulfillment is not being met. The photo shows the following:
    Top: the location of the tenement and diner.
    Middle: the location of the tenement within the blue area when the diner is moused over.
    Bottom: The tenement menu showing that the fulfillment if not met.
    Am I missing something?

    turn on foundation view and check your blue perimeter again. The blue box is most reliable in foundation view. You might need to upgrade the diner one more time to get one more square of coverage.

    Indeed your dinner range is not enough to reach you Tenement. You can turn on foundation view to see the exact range of your Dinner.

    A lvl2 dinner have max 3 in range, your tenement is 4 away.
