Will I still be able to complete this quest?

    I'm at level 13 on RC and one of the quests I've had for a while was to finish the farmers market event. I did it a couple weeks back but unfortunately I failed it. I saw today that the quest is still up there - will I be able to try the event again to complete the quest?

    The farmers market is available only to level 19 good luck in your quest to gain these rewards :)
