I have reset your data has that resolved your problem?
There can be many reasons why you can not login easily did you try clearing your browser cache, cookies etc. Then reboot your computer from a cold start and then use a different browser to log in.

 

I'm having the exact same issues with trying to log on. Multiple tries before the game will even start. This problem started a couple of day's ago. Even at that, starting earlier today as soon as there's an "emergency" withing the game that requires police, fire etc then nothing else can be done as far as upgrades to any other building in the game. All the advertising works just fine, so just maybe a touch less of that wouldn't overload your servers. This is the only game out of several I'm playing that has this issue. It isn't the stock answer of it's all the users fault, and there cache etc needs to be emptied. It's at your end.

There are many things that can affect the loading of your game, doing all the trouble shooting before posting your problem on the forum will be a great help and save valuable time and when posting on here please always include your id number and start a new thread. Hijacking a thread some one else has started only complicates things as all login problems are not the same.
It may be better for your game if you disable the ers system till your game has settled down
I am not sure what you mean by all the advertising though?

In the meantime I have reset your data can you please advise us if this has resolved your problem
