Is there something you need explained better?

An annoying quick fix if you not to much under 75% mood.
Before you collect rent put some of your most mood using buildings in storages. If you are patient you can shift them around and get full collect from all.
This is a really tedious way.

You think taking houses and putting in inventory is a fix?
You have absolutely no idea what my problem was. 1st my mood indicator was stuck, when they fixed it, it dropped alot farther than I had thought. I had bought over 200,000 CC's in decorations and set out all my extra memorials from events on the board and it had seemed that the indicator had gotten stuck again. that is why I made the 2nd thread. Wizardelo was kind enough to give me real advice on how to check the numbers instead of just watching the indicator.

Most of these guys are just volunteers, you're being mean. Volunteers can't reset data and so they give you tips and temporary solutions until a staff member can get to your post and resolve the issue. I read all your posts and I don't blame any of the volunteers or staff on what they did.

Your 2nd post did not reflect that you thought it was stuck again and needed a reset, it simply seemed as if you were still complaining that it was lowered to 75% in which case it almost seemed as if you wanted them to give you decorations for free or something which is not fair to the rest of the players

This game can be frustrating, you spend a lot of time and energy to make sure things are perfect. Whenever I have a bug, I don't immediately go to the forum to post about it. I watch a funny movie on hulu or netflix and then stop by. That way I'm cheerful and actually thinking about what the best way to explain the situation. Sometimes when we type angrily we can forget to mention important pieces of information that change the context of our message. The better you can explain your situation the more helpful the fix and advice will be.
