City Hall-needs?

    Please excuse me if this is an obvious question.
    Does the City Hall have any needs like the other residences do? e.g. Prefabs needing the Vegetable Stand?

    Thank you sams264227011a. Alfreda if you do not know the answer please ask that is what we are here for. The City Hall is the key to all other structures. All other buildings have to be connected to the City Hall via roads. I will close this thread at this time as the question has been answere. Thanks again sams
