    Specialist Traits​

    These can be unlocked using skill points in Academy before training.

    Each Specialist has 3 Abilities:

    (A) Motivation [​IMG] - Helps you earn higher quality reward Medals for successfully resolving emergencies.

    (B) Efficiency [​IMG] - Helps you earn more reward Medals for successfully resolving emergencies

    (C) Alertness [​IMG] - Improves your department's safety grade



    TRAITS: - Bonuses that can be unlocked for each Specialist if enough skill points are spent to reach the markers.

    Bronze Traits: [​IMG]

    DEDICATION: +1 Contract Assignment
    INGENUITY: +1 extra Skill Point to spend
    PROFICIENCY: +25% experience from Emergencies
    UNPREDICTABILITY: +1 random Skill Point assigned


    Silver Traits: [​IMG]

    DEDICATION: + 5 Contract Assignments
    INGENUITY: + 3 extra Skill Points to spend
    PROFICIENCY: +50% Experience from Emergencies
    UNPREDICTABILITY: +3 random Skill Points assigned


    Gold Traits: [​IMG]

    DEDICATION + 15 Contract Assignments
    INGENUITY: +10 extra Skill Points to spend
    PROFICIENCY: +100% Experience from Emergencies
    UNPREDICTABILITY: +10 random Skill Points assigned
    INTELECT: +1 Skill Point awarded for each Levelup

    *** Each Trait is awarded randomly based only on their Value (bronze, silver, gold)
