    AOL. Games.com are no longer supporting Rising Cities so please use the login From the rising cities portal

    You will have to reset your password, as we are unable to give you a new password, However if you go to the rising cities login page through the big point website you will be able to reset your pass word yourself if, you do not receive the email please check your junk mail folder then make sure you have the right email address
    Firstly click on the forgotten password and then follow the prompts, that should fix your problem.
    when you have successfully logged back into the game can you advise us by making a post in the forum to that affect.
