Problems Collecting Needs Fulfilment Revenue...

Hi All,
How do you collect needs fulfillment revenue? I have these houses whose needs are fulfilled by the Vegetable Stand (the little tick comes up above the houses when I hover over the Stand), but they've never paid out ProductionPoints before.

Has anyone else experienced this and found out what to do?

• Residentials must be within Vegetable Stand active zone, it is not further then one square from it. See the blue square round Vegetable when lifted, or try ground view to see it better.
• Vegetable must be suplied with tomatoes.
• Houses must have Workers if you want PP.

PS: that little "tick" only shows which houses can be served by that Commercial if they were within active zone.

 

To make sure that the house has a need fulfilled click on the house and see if the need is ticked there also. More info about needs fulfillment you can find in our FAQ Section.

 

I am having same problem collecting any fulfillment revenue, only problem is my veggie stand is within range and my residents all show green check marks on them. but still zero fulfillment revenue.
makes it very difficult to progress thru game without.

 

I need your game ID to look at this for you as your name does not work?.
