    I have watched the commercials on two different times and have not gotten my metro money can some tell me why?

    A couple of questions: 1) was it the type that has the "Get Reward" button, did it turn green, and did you click it? 2) By the time you collect the reward, you have normally already been credited with the 1 MM, so if you check your count at that point you won't see it change.

    If you note it before you watch the movie and then check it afterwards and it still hasn't changed then something else is wrong.

    ty the green button did not light up but I reloaded and tried again and it worked and I did get my mm ty for answering me so quickly
