Brownstone Flats

Does any one know at what level i am able to have capitalists in these flats, as i dont do the ers ep are useless to me

 

If I'm not mistaken you are stuck with students forever. But gives CC for rent anyway.

 

Hi Skippy, the Brownstone Flats are Students residentials only.
Originally, you could receive CC in rent, and EP if the needs were met.
The former was an error and has been corrected sometime over the last week. I can't remember the exact date, but it was recently.
Now you receive EP in rent aswell as any needs that are met.
The FAQ will be updated accordingly in due course.

 

Oh noooo ! I just found that out too. They changed rent from CC to EP.

Why don't they ever tell us they've made changes? That's the most secretive dev team I've ever met. I hope the new producer gets their morals higher ........ lol

Sometimes their errors are actually creative and good. They should also learn to take benefit of good errors.

EDIT: I know I'm saying obvious, but it actually would have been propper to warn us about the change as soon as they decided to call it an error. For now some of us built the house for CC and end up with a useless building giving just EP.

EDIT 2: Or even better: Why not make a poll and ask gamers who want's it all EP and who wants to keep it as it was - before they correct an "error" which many might actually like better then "correct" state. ....... or should I post this in Ideas Board? Am I off topic?

 

seeing as those of us that built these flats for the cc can you give us a free apartment complex and we trade in the useless brownstone flats

yes there was but that wasnt announced till after this useless flat was built, even then i thought at a higher level i could have my capitalists move in

 

Thank you for the info. I overlooked that. Could it be because the original Wednesday anouncement didn't include the info about Brownstown flats, which was only added on Friday? Or was it there straight away? ....... well, never mind .......... I would think that this info in "Scheduled Maintenance" thread is misplaced anyway.

 

It might be a lot easier if the powers that be just hit the return button and had the old brownstone flat return so everyone should be happier

 

As my colleague Cheesemeister has explained, this building was student and rent and revenue has to been education points same way as worker only buildings offer production points for both rent and revenue.
The erroneous rent was corrected in the last downtime.
