rent collector

twice now I have used the rent collector but when I have logged in it had not collected any rent.

 

It only works when you are ingame.
You most click once your self to collect all rent and need that is available.
It just save you from a lot of clicking it do not work offline.

PS I have never used it my self so if someone have something to add please do so DS

well that's just a waste. There really is no reason to use it, unless your really lazy.

 

lazy= expensive for MMs

 

I am lazy when it comes to repetitive work and always look for better solution. I don't repeat manualy what can be automated. Then I have more time to focuss on creative part of life. But I still don't buy the rent collector as the service duration/price ratio is really far from being attractive. If I'm too bored with anything in the game, I just skip it even to the point of missing some residential collections. That's why driftwood and such are rarely cleared completely in my City.

 

I have only used it once. That was the one time it was a quest. I was not happy to have to use it since I knew the MM would come in handy and the rewards for the quest did not give back the MM used for it. Thought about it a couple times since then but as always I think of the many other more productive ways I can spend my MM and think better of it.
