    So i placed the final building from the winter games and the key above it wont go away tried clearing my cache and restarting client but to no avail
    sorry dont know my id number or i would post it

    Your ID number is shown on the game page when you're not in fullscreen mode. It appears next to your username above the Facebook icon.

    When you say "Final building" is that the Winter Stadium or the Athelete's Dorm?

    key has gone and are able to collect rewards but not showing a timer
    is that normal ?

    Timer should show up and count down from 23:59:59 after each collect.
