Missing solar panel

Hi there, I used to have two solar panels, installed one before latest update, the other after. The one I installed earlier is still there. The later one (installed free of costs) disappeared. I tried clearing my cache, checked in foundation view -- it is nowhere to be seen. The permit did not return to the designer book, so it cannot be I deleted it by accident.

Strange - I just built a couple of my solar panel permits, and they seem fine, even after a refresh. It is nice not having to spend 1000 beams!

 

Please clarify if you are referring to Solar Panel (residential improvement) or Solar Power Plant (power plant permit)

There is no recent record of purchasing and building a Solar Power Plant on your account.
The price for your next Solar Plant is for the first purchase which indicates that you never bought any.
Can you please tell us approximately when and where from did you receive the solar plant permits so can check logs.

 

I received two permits as a reward at the winter sports event which I did sometimes in the past week and a half. As I said, I installed the two plants, one is up and running -- the other disappeared and I cannot find the permit either.

I can see the placement of these in your logs and I can see the one you have bottom of the coast map. Can you tell me where the other one was located before it vanished please?.

PS Very nice city btw I like your parks....unrelated to this problem I understand but just wanted to comment.

 

Sorry for the delayed response -- was away from my computer this weekend (kids overload). And thanks for the complement. I spend way too much time rearranging this city..

Both solar plants were on the coastal area. I put a fountain in the empty slot where the vanishing plant has been (it is behind one of the single modern family homes, second from right, bottom row). At least, I think this is where it was -- I move things around a lot. Why, do you need to dig in the ground to find the missing plant?

 

PS: just ran the Loot o' matic, and was rewarded a solar plant. I will not build it for the time being, to prevent confusion.

 

I dont dig but the support console lets me see things in the field of play that do not always show up in the game screen.

Check your totals I added a solar plant..sorry for the delay.
