Upgrade to lvl4 not working

    Upgraded Modern Single-Family Home to lvl4.
    Specialty +25% rent/need.

    Result: the houses did get lvl4 but got no specialty (none of the 3).
    They now have 15min, 40/20 mood/energy, 80/11 rent/need (correct is 98/13).
    Have controlled that it is not a display issue, it only collect 80/11.
    Happened during the buggy update, then I waited for a bug squash and forgot about it (literally).

    I am changing my city so I have placed them at the bottom corner in main city.
    The 2 left most houses is fine the 7 right most are not.

    I do believe this issue will be resolved (we hope on Tuesday) by an update the team are working on.

    Please let us know if it does not work.

    First of all the specialty only applies to rent not revenue.
    The correct rent/revenue should be indeed 98/13.
    Please can you include a screenshot of one home that is not working properly.

    Level 4 but all stats still basic.
    No improvements.

    Uhh... It is already at level 4. If you read it a bit you will understand. It says its upgrade level is 4.

    Which means it is a level 4 house. I have a level 2 house that says Upgrade Level: 2

    You are right but level 4 is special as you get a extra bonus to and that's what I miss.

    Ok... THAT i cant explain. Wizz can, though.

    Oh wait.... Did you select a bonus when it was upgraded?

    If not... then find the bonus tab if there is one

    There isn't a bonus tab. When you complete a level four upgrade, you have three options to choose from as your mastery. One is rent timer, one is power/mood, one is increased rent. He chose the increased rent, but was not granted the increased rent. That's what the screen shot is showing ... that it's just the standard rental rate. That's what he's talking about. Right Tellus?

    We will forward this issue to our dev team for investigations. I am sure they can find a fix for this case.
