Problem with Urban High-Rise Level 4

A couple of weeks ago I upgraded an Urban High-Rise to Level 4. Since the upgrade it has been displayed as a building site (Picture 1).

When you hover your mouse over it, it continues to say that the final step of construction is waiting to be started. (Picture 2)

It still collects rent at the right time along with the other Urban High-Rise buildings. (Picture 3) When you click on it to collect the rent, it gives CC and EP as you would expect.

When you click on the building, it shows that it is at Level 4. (Picture 4)

I've tried clearing the flash cache and the browser cache too.
I've also tried it on a different machine and the building appears just the same as described here.

 

I had a similar issue about a week or so ago. You need to make sure that you include your name and game ID so that the developers can go in the back way and fix it. It took a few days to get mine fixed, but it did get done.

 

We will forward this issue to our dev team for investigations. I am sure they can find a fix for this case.

As long as he hasn't closed the thread, you can always put your additional technical issues in the same thread. However, for ANYTHING to get forwarded on to the developers to handle, it's important that you include your screen name and your game ID, which are both located at the top of your screen when you are not in full screen view.

 

Miller's game name and ID are displayed in his footnote. Which is another feature of this forum hidden untill you tell it in your personal settings that you want to see the footnote.

To change this setting you want to go to your "Preferences" and tick the box next to "Show people's signatures with their messages".

I would, but it could be confusing if someone looked at the whole thing for the first time and saw your replies to my posts, but not my posts. At least this way, if someone else reads it and doesn't know (just like I didn't know), they can also adjust their settings if they choose. At least this way, others can learn from my mistakes!

 

There is no more we can do about this until it is resolved.
