A couple of ideas ...

First, it'd be nice if the developers could make it so that we could post jpegs of our cities on our profile pages to share with others rather than having to go through all of the steps to share them in the media threads.

Second, a springtime event would be nice.

• Have the farms grow flowers,
• have the breweries make lemonade,
• have the citizens offer vases,
• pick up weeds off the streets.

Prizes could include gazebos, flower gardens, windmills, floristas, greenhouses, and botanic gardens.

 

Love the idea of a spring event. The Vernal Equinox is soon upon us. Some additional suggestions for a spring event:

• have the brickyards make the vases
• pick up winter clothes from citizens
  
• have the citizens offer sun block
• if have Brewery make lemonade; have farms grow lemons
  
• have lumber yards make umbrellas for those spring showers

additional prizes large lake 2 x 2 or 3 x 3, Marina, Formal Park or garden (Could come in sections and be pieced together or used individually)

Spring is the time for making our cities look there best. Most cities look there most beautiful in the spring with the trees and flowers a bloom and everything green and growing a new. The options are limitless.

 

Awesome ideas! The Equinox would be perfect timing for a longer event such as this!

Come on people let get those creative juices flowing. The developers can not have all of the fun.

Have a "graded" event, with brickyards and breweries coming in later stages, so lower level players could participate (and make, of course, rewards for earlier stages worth their while).

I *love* the idea of the modular park. Maybe we should also have blooming fruit trees -- and in large numbers (larger than the customary two), so we could create orchards, or avenues, from them? Or you could accumulate these trees over different stages?

If you insist on having a boulder drop for a clean-up (I would live very happily without this) we could gather tissues used due to hay-fever.

I love the idea of the orchard and blooming fruit trees! The tissues bit, well ... not so much. I have to go with Skippy on that one!
