I've been having an odd problem with four of my Brownstone Flats.

After collecting rent, if you switch playfields or relog, they show up as if rent is ready to be collected. (Picture 1)

If you click on them, you see the usual text about EP and XP appear and float away, but they don't actually give you any EP or XP, unless of course, it is the proper time and they're really ready for rent collection. The rent/CC symbol then disappears until the next time you return to that playfield.

After clicking on them when they're falsely indicating that they're ready to collect the rent, they still show the "Click here to collect rent window" when you hover your mouse over them (Picture 2). Also, it is not possible to move them once clicked in this state.

The four flats with the problem are the four with the CC symbol floating over them in Picture 1. The other three seem to be working normally.

I've tried relogging and clearing my cache, and I've looked at them on two different PCs, but it's the same every time. The problem has been present for a couple of weeks at least. I knew there was other maintenance in the works so I didn't mention it before thinking that perhaps it was one of the things that would be fixed soon.

Really sorry I tried everything I could in the support console without success.
I have now placed this in the Devs area as it appears to be a coding issue and hope they can fix it soon.:(

No worries Pirate. It's not exactly urgent. Thanks for trying and thanks for the quick response.

Pirate, when you see this, do you think you could please remind the team that this problem has not been solved yet? It looks like it's been about 2½ weeks since you last heard from them on this topic.

    Many thanks (-:

I pushed this again today in the spreadsheet so I do hope they can fix it.
