    I do not know all of the scenarios in which bonus codes are given the few that I have seen are:
    • Big Point issues a code to everyone - once in last six month
    • First time purchase of Metro Money a gift code for a friend
    I am sure there are others but these are the only ones I have seen so far. Hope that helps. Anyone else have any more information?

    There was one at Christmas for a tree. That has been the last one that I have seen.
