  1. Residentials specialisation for level 4 should not be fixed, but changeable in a similar way as residents are.

Since the game develops in a wild and rather unpredictable way players can't be expected to be able to correctly decide about fixed specialisation for ever.

The game can easily make such a turn in future that selected specialisation will prove not the best one. In this wild unpredictable environment players should not be left stuck with a fixed option they made based on conditions later changed without any early advice.

I agree a decision made when you are at level fifteen may be a hindrance at level 25, could be a disaster at level 35.

Maybe we could expand the Master Key to work on residences as well as on residents; or a system could be developed through the tool menu an like the expresso tool or the impovement tool for residences.

Maybe my opinion will change when I am further along in the game, but that doesn't bother me much. I mean, should every hindrance be corrected? Challenges are things to overcome. I have liked some of the changes, but some maybe are making things just "too" easy. (like the unlimited permits ??? -- not sure about that, since I have tended to put those beginner buildings in storage in favor of better buildings until I am flush with space).

I have only upgraded a few buildings anyway, because I generally am getting more benefit from just putting up new buildings. The exceptions are the "special" buildings. I have upgraded the surfer vans, but I am not hugely worried about any "loss". I might guess wrong, but I have more chances later, with other buildings.

  4. Unlimited yes. But check the price, and it increases with every purchase. Too easy? Yes, for those who want to spend thousands of dolars on the game to have enough MM for all these purchases. :)

This ability needs to be implemented; the recent changes to the game being perfect examples of why. The mountain playfield gave a penalty-free & large source of power along with high-mood decorations, with even more decos from mystery building season 4. The possibilities have drastically changed, and as long as new content is added this will always be a concern.

Nobody wants to have to remaster their buildings, especially if it results in the loss of epic improvements. Master keys seem to be the ideal solution: they would acquire more value and it wouldn't complicate things much. For me at least, they have little value now in only changing residents.
