Not loading properly.

Already cleared the cache. Reloaded multiple times. Logged out and back in. Still about 20% of my buildings come up missing and are not paying me rent. Ticked.

Same problem here as well, and now it won't load at all

 

Hmm...not sure, but I might be having same issue. When I logged in this AM, I had "bubbles" to collect rent/production, but no visible buildings. I first only noticed it with lumber mills. However, after I logged out and back in, my lumber mills appeared, but some residentials "vanished". At least they left their rent behind. LOL
I haven't yet logged out and in again to see if the houses will return....will post later in my own thread if needed.

 

I can't load it at all either. I've logged out, logged in, logged out and rebooted my computer. STILL NOTHING!!!! Finally, I get in and I'm still missing a huge amount of buildings! I can't upgrade buildings that I can't see or access. I can't fill commercials I can't access. On top of that, I finally got in and then couldn't access the forum! What is the deal????
C'mon, RC, let's get with it! Why can't you have a dummy program set up that you can process updates on and work through the bugs BEFORE you update the official program? Why do you have to do it the way that you do it and make the players suffer? Is it worth the negative ROI to do it this way and lose players? As much as I've spent, I'm VERY close to quitting this game because of the issues that constantly present themselves nearly every time an update takes place. I'm about as fed up as one can get!

same issue with my main playfield only

 

my game also having loading issues and when i finally got it to load i have lots and lots of missing buildings ...# 7317580 ... hopefully someone in RC can resolve these issues

 

Mine is in both playfields. It appears that one or two classifications of buildings are missing ... Urban cottages, Brown Flats, and a Vintage Duplex.

 

Definitely having more of an issue with this now than earlier. I sure hope that RC will compensate somehow as it is looking like I won't be able to complete the Biker Event because of not being able to start production on all my facilities.

 

I wouldn't count on it ...

 

Whatever the issue is, it is not limited to those buildings. I can see all my vintage duplexes. I can not see any of my pre-fabs, but am able to collect rent.

 

I can collect rent on them now, but was not able to for the first hour or two that I was on.

 

I'm having the same problem! I hate when this happens during an event.

 

Can't load either. I get an internet connection lost too.

 

nearly ten hours after maintenance still cant load the game properly.
after trying 3 times i finally had some semblance of my city with onlu a couple of building missing

 

okay. that's what I deserve for saying it was only on my main island. Now spots of my island are missing too - not just houses - deco items and power plants too

 

I am having many of these problems and now my metro money is gone. Customer care is telling me I purchased upgrades. I could not log in to do that. Does anyone have any ideas to help me?

 

Customer care told you that you bought this items yesterday before the maintenance, please stick to the ticket and dont double post.

 

All the above problems have been reported and we hope the invisible buildings will be fixed very soon.
