Game not laoding either

Log in ok but game not loading..will try again tomorrow evening, in the mean time if someone can have a look would appreciate it

Your account is working perfectly for me however many did have some issues earlier which should all now be fixed.

 

Only just tried it first time today so will log out try again Thanks for fast reply will get back to you

Done a restart cleared cache even had time for a can of fosters lol and still same Got a screenshot but no ide how to post it

My game is not loading either. Been an hour + of logging in successfully. Biggest frustration is I'm now not going to make my weekly challenge. Very frustrating. I am thinking it's not worth the aggravation.

 

I haven't been able to get it to load all day. I have re-started my computer, which did not help.

 

I've restarted, have full 15 mbps internet. Have used different browsers and devices. Have cleared the browser cache and every other. I work in IT. This issue is with their server, not your equipment.

 

Seriously, figure it out guys!!! How does the game not load when you're trying to finish up one of the challenges?!

 

Im not doing a challenge So that is not an issue for me no disrepect to you

 

It really has to be on their server side problem. I was on and off all morning and afternoon, had no problems at all with first 3 parts of wood chopping event...took a dinner break 2 hours ago...now i am stuck in land of the lost loading limbo.

now trying (for the 4th time) to shut down and start in again) oh well, at least they did not screw me yesterday when i was completing the biker event. lol managed to finish with 3 hours left on the clock. i burned up 230 xpresso.

 

Looks like serverprobs on bigpoints end - it's loading forever here and finally if any message at all, it tells me Ive lost my internetconnection (which I have not) This has been going on for some hours now.

Was thinking about doing the biker challenge but decided i didnt have time and def didnt have that many xpresso Doing that challenge after the xpresso with 3 hrs left was great going Well done!

 

ya this seems to happen a lot when events are going on.....Something should be done about it like when this happens then we should be giving some sort of item/gift (ex..x-pressos or cc) as a type of saying sorry I used to play a game that used to do just that giving speed ups and other various things to everyone when there system failed the players and yes there were a few million players playing that game also and this is not the first time this has happened and I have noticed it mainly happens when an event is going on and the main reason i say some kind of gift should be given is because this is not the only time this happened but i used like 5 x-pressos when trying to finish making wood for the event faster and now they were wasted because i have not been able to get back on to collect the wood and start building more....So basically I am what out 5 x-pressos because of a game issue on bigpoints side...its not fair to any of us game players

 

Loading issues of different kinds have been around for months. So now we have another improvement.

 

Ya that was another issue i had...That biker event is like the worst event on this game...it is the only event i use 100+ x-pressos on to have to finish and to be honest its not even worth it...Most of the event on here require me to use no x-pressos "even though i do use them to free up my my lumber yards and bakeries ect..." but even in those events i only end up using like 15.. Like during the greek event i don't know why it happened but i started the event on a friday and finished it saturday night, then i don't know why but when i woke up sunday the event had come back up for me to start so i started it up and finished that in a day and half and in doing both greek events i used under 30 x-pressos...so i finished that event twice in 3 days as were it took me over hundred xpressos and almost 3 days to finish the biker rally and for what a couple hundred thousand cc some some xp points and a biker garage that takes 8 hours to collect under 300$ rent on stage 1....JUST SAYING....SORRY FOR VENTING I JUST DONT KNOW WERE TO VENT OR GET OTHER PEOPLES OPINIONS ON THESE NEW BOARDS.....

 

We are aware of the login problems and the team is working to resolve this issue.
Unfortunately we cannot do more about this on the forum.
