    CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW I CAN GIFT A FRIEND, EVERY TIME I GO TO MY FRIENDS SECTION AND SELECT A FRIEND TO GIFT HIM. ITS SAYS (COMING SOON)
    NOTE: IM IN LEVEL 17

    Sorry, this feature is not implemented yet. There is mention of it in the Producers Letter #2, but no date for implementation yet. You'll have to keep an eye on the OAs to find out when it happens.
