Ugraded, but icon not registering it

    I have upgraded three houses to level four and chosen specialities (surburban and prefab). However, the 'upgrade to level four' icon is stuck after 'mastering challenges' section. It doesn't seem to register the upgrades. Can you please give it a kick and help it, so I can get rid of it.

    Or advise me what I have to do, to complete the last two challenges.
