No Mega Experience points

  1. The news feed advertised the Mega Experience points, but I'm not getting any despite my purchase. This needs to be corrected.
     
  2. I don't get it ... no response from anybody in Leadership on this? What gives? The ONLY reason why I made a purchase today was to get the extra experience points that were advertised on the news feed, yet I'm not getting any! VERY disappointing, RC! In America, this is called false advertising. Globally, this is considered to be poor corporate responsibility! In my opinion, it's simply considered outright deception!

    :rolleyes: Patience wildheart....there was only approximately 30 minutes between your two posts. The moderators are online at varying times and your posts may not have yet been seen by any of them. It's been a while since I have had to send in what has been referred to as a 'ticket' for a tech issue. Perhaps you may need to consider doing that if you don't get a reply from a moderator by tomorrow morning/afternoon (@ 8-10 hours after your original post). I believe a 'ticket' can be sent in by clicking the ? tab in the upper right hand corner near where you would log out or by clicking the Help tab at the bottom of the forum pages.

    Not everyone lives in your timezone and since I am in Australia there is sometimes a delay when I sleep.

    The US is way behind the rest of the worlds timezones so when you are having breakfast we are already in bed the next day. Please fill out a support request form and I will look at your logs and communicate directly with you via email.

    If there has been an error in the system I will do all i can to fix your problem.
