    Hi Pirate

    I have completed the task Transform into a Metropolis but can't collect my reward and clear the task. My ID is 4640415

    That happened to me. You might need to submit a 'ticket' via the help email. I was *supposed* to do that, but thankfully Pirate was aware of my issue and was able to help me out :oops: in spite of my forgetfulness of sending the email.
    I'm sure he (or another mod) will help as soon as they can. :)
