Where is the police department?

    My house mate decided to get back to playing this game after stopping playing for a long while, before the Emergency system started. He's in the processes of completing task.

    He is ask to build a police department but it's not available in the special tab in the designer deport as instructed. Neither is hospital or academy? Although he did find the fire station.

    He is currently at level 22. Do you have to be at a particular level before police station and the others become available?

    He's already try log out and clear cache but it doesn't seem to work.

    Can anyone help?...:)

    Without saying the obvious who is your friend and what is his or her ID number, we would love to help but searching through 3.4 Million active accounts and maybe more than that inactive may take a little time.
    Without knowing who they are it could take till the end of time...:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:.

    the game ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this:

    Your Police station has been placed bottom left corner of your city and the quest is complete.:)

    thanks for that PirateLee, but maybe there is a new quest? the quest for an academy and a hospital ?? :)

    how about the academy and hospital ? :)

    Hi, you seem to have a very different problem, but I can help.
    You seem to have moved all your emergency departments into your "Inventory". This will stop you having emergencies for the time being. If you want them back, click the "Tools" button at the bottom left, then the second icon up "Move". A box will open at the top of the screen, showing houses that you have put in your inventory (or empty if you haven't done that), but at the top right of that box are 4 tabs. The first is what is selected and is residential houses, the second is decorations, the third is commercial buildings (or maybe those two are the other way around), and the fourth is emergency items. In here you will find your fire station, police station and hospital. Click on each one in turn, and place them back on your playing field.

    In future, could you please start your own thread. I will close this one for now - if there is still a problem, you can start a new thread and we'll try and look into it.
