Cineplex Not Available on this Account????

I can't use Cineplex, when i hover over it i get this(see pic) But i has worked ever since you started the Cineplex i rarely ever had a problem getting my 3 movies. Then 1 day i got this and it hasn't worked since. WHY?????? Is it no longer available in Canada.

 

I am sorry this has nothing to do with us maybe Canadians dont like advertisements.

As I have said 1 billion times here on the forum I wish they would remove this feature as we cannot fix it nor influence it in any way.

As always I will (and do) pass this on to management hoping they have some pull in this area.

Hi everyone. The problem with the cineplex is a universal one. I'm in Greece and we've all had the same issue for months and so has Germany, France and a few other European nations. I know it's frustrating but my advice to all is: don't bother with it, IF it gets fixed, it gets fixed

 

Really sorry but Greece is one of those countries that is excluded from this feature.
Several countries can never get this feature as they are excluded due to contractual issues.

 

Thanks for letting us know because whilst it was working we were watching 3 german ads (we didn't really care because we just wanted the MM). So basically in Greece we've got a "useless" but pretty, red building...

 

It also gives good mood results and I am sorry yes it will not work in your lovely country.

Mind you I have spent some time in Greece and why would anyone want a Cinema with your landscape...

I see a little Aussie flag next to your name, I'm actually Greek-Australian, and people ask me here, why would you leave such a beautiful country like Australia and come to Greece?! So there you go...

I love to travel but still call Australia home..
