Help with Bakery

  1. I have one bakery that every time I try to click on it to start production, the screen goes dim and no production frame appears from which to start production. The only thing I've found to do is to reload the game. I've cleared the cache already, so that isn't it. This really sucks because I'm all out of rolls for all of my bread baskets. Now, I couldn't make enough to save my life even WITH the new bakery.

    This doesn't sound like a standard problem, you might want to include your ID # so that a mod can take a look.

    I do occasionally notice a similar graphic-mangling if I am playing 2 or 3 games and have a few surfing tabs open but it usually catches up before too long.
     
  3. My ID and screen name are both listed in my signature so that I don't have to worry about including it every time I have an issue.

    I'm only playing the one game. Granted, I have other tabs open, but only a quarter of the number of tabs that I typically have open at one time. This is the first time I've EVER had a problem such as this.

  5. Hi Wildheart,
    it's a strange issue. It is one that I personally have had before, too.
    Clearing the flash cache worked for me, but you don't seem to have been as fortunate.

    I would try and use a different internet browser to try to see where the problem is happening. IE, if it works fine on safari (for example), then we know it's a browser related issue, and not a game issue.

    You don't have a signature coming up, so we can't see your ID number.
    If you'd like for us to look into your account, could you please post your ID number.

  7. To confirm Chesemeister: There was several issues of this type with Lumber mill recently, me including. Pirate recomended the issue to be sorted out by clearing cache and restarting the game, possibly the whole system windows.

    I will shut my system down shortly and restart it upon my return in a few hours. Thanks, Norton.

    Hey! I didn't have to restart my system! It just started back up! Now, the only hope is that it doesn't happen again...
     
  10. If it happens again, just restart again. I had the issue with Lumber Mill several times already.
