Art studio and Florista buildings

Sure wish there was another way to buy an art studio and florista for my residents. It seems that RC doesn't want to run the mystery buildings for these. Maybe they should change up the mystery buildings to have nothing but manufacturing, commercial, and power plants in one, residentials in another, and decorations in another. That would allow the people more of a customized selection pool.

 

i wish they would just give us the option to buy these buildings. Some of us have no luck with the randomness of these options. I have yet to receive a building I want to build. Very discouraging for me.

 

Well, I finally got my florista today, but I had to buy eleven mystery buildings first. Now, all I need is my art studio. <Sigh>

 

This is better than my experience. I have bought over twenty mystery buildings I have never gotten either of these buildings.

 

Wow, that's a very good idea, ..I'm for that one.

 

I have to admit, though, that I do like the houses and the proceeds that come with them. They are a better overall value than the typical CC purchased homes. I just hate the fact that it's so hard to get the other buildings that I need in order to properly provide for my people.

 

randomness of the game gives the company a chance to get more money.
if you dont feel lucky: dont gamble.
for the money you spend trying to get 1 single random building you can buy a nice great permit or 2 which will most likely be better then random bad luck or the mystery roulette.

 

I have learned my lesson. No more mystery buildings for this sad sack. I just wish we had another opeion to get these buildings. Like being able to purchase the building permits like.

Well, I have paid enough money into the mystery buildings lotto trying to get an Art Gallery. I have four studios in play and an extra one on hold... tons of deco and buildings from this... it makes me wanna puke. The randomness of the award should be addressed because I just can't keep throwing MM away.
At least, I have another income source for my city by selling off framed art.

You are so right. It is totally ridiculous. I have the Art Gallery, and I can not get an art studio, so I have to buy the framed art all the time.

 

I wish the developers would make a check-off list each player could fill out and update, for buildings we would like to own / purchase, but are having a hard time obtaining with loot-o-matic and mystery buildings.
