    How come even though I am meeting the needs of particular residences i am not getting the bonuses associated with it?? ie: education points or worker points..

    Please mouse over the houses you are net yet meeting any of the houses needs.

    When you meet the needs you see a green tick when mouse over the house if you look at yours your shops are too far away to meet the houses needs.

    There is none.
    Codes is really rare and only come if there is something special.
    Codes are announced in OA (Official Announcement).
