no reward for last city hall upgrade

I have not received the rewards for the last 2 times I upgraded City Hall, maybe the last 3 times. My task is all checked off in green check marks, but I cannot "collect" the rewards. This is a recurring problem. Any help for me?

There are several city hall quests you need to tell me which one it is as completing the wrong one may corrupt your data.

 

the quest to upgrade city hall with 950 residents. My city hall is built up to level 5. I am now over 3,000 residents, so there may have been previous city Hall upgrades for which I didn't receive the rewards (if there is a way for you to check this?) thank you.

 

Just read the name you see all quests have name I see them all in my list which is why I ask?.

 

I mistakenly called it a "quest".... it is a "task" on the left-hand side of the screen called "Transform into a Metropolis". Thank you

I have a similar problem. I cannot collect the reward after upgrading the City Hall. There are green check marks - so the tasks are completed. Usually there is a "button" to click to get the reward - but it seems to be missing. I have upgraded to level 4 - 450 residents.

Can you please post your id and which quest you are trying to claim a reward for this will save piratelee considerable time.please note, in the future could you please start your own thread

Quest name is in top of quest, blue background.

If you don't play in English:
When you login but before you type your password you can see your country flag in upper left part of your screen.
Click it and scroll down to the US/English flag and chose English.
Login and check the quest name, logout and in and you back to your languish.

It is a quest and it is now complete sorry for the delay.

 

The system says you are online so I cannot log on as you and fix the problem.
