cant collect reward

please can someone look into my quest to upgrade my town hall, as I can not collect my reward.

 

can please give us your ID number and which quest youare trying to claim a reward for as this information will make piratelees job so much easier

Is this transform into a booming etc or another one there are several in my list?.

 

Quest name is in top of quest, blue background.

If you don't play in English:
When you login but before you type your password you can see your country flag in upper left part of your screen.
Click it and scroll down to the US/English flag and chose English.
Login and check the quest name, logout and in and you back to your languish.
