PP Towers

In the beginning of my game, I acquired 17 Residential Towers, for the purpose of acquiring the PP numbers needed in the front end of my game.

These Residential Towers in the 'Change Resident' feature had a 'Coming Soon' statement stating they could be changed out to 'Capitalists' or 'Students' in the future (I assumed Level 4). My strategy was to eventually convert some or all of these towers to 'Capitalist' residents in the future.

Since the update of the third playing field (Suburban) these towers no longer have the 'Coming Soon' feature statement to change them to Capitalists or Students.

My question is; Does this mean these towers no longer have the ability to be changed out to 'Capitalists' or 'Students' when upgrading to a future Level?

P>S> I've noticed that all my other smaller residential PP dedicated buildings have all lost their 'Coming Soon' (change to Capitalist of Student) statement as well, and are now all PP Residential only now.

 

I have never seen a report suggesting that they could be changed to capitalists or students. Sorry - I was always assuming they wouldn't be changed.

 

It could not and can not be capitalist or student at any level or in any way.
It was just displayed in a uhm "clumsy" way. Much better and clearer now.

Same with some other buildings, if it can only be workers or student it will always be so.

One has to wonder why RC grayed out the Capitalist and Student boxes with the statement reading across them 'Coming Soon', as though it were changeable in the future. WOW, What a disappointment!

 

As the others have said these are special buildings and can never be converted even after finishing the last level.
They are however very useful during events that have a worker drop. I have a huge reserve of PP so I just place these buildings into storage until an event needs worker drops.

Hope that softens the disappointment a bit.
