    I have now completed the big city task but is unable to collect the reward.

    you need to post your id # its at the top of the game screen next to the rising cities logo

    You do not have a quest by that name running??

    Please advise?.

    Quest name is in top of quest, blue background.

    If you don't play in English:
    When you login but before you type your password you can see your country flag in upper left part of your screen.
    Click it and scroll down to the US/English flag and chose English.
    Login and check the quest name, logout and in and you back to your languish.

    If your login page is different use this
